CONTAINER
SERVICE
Starting with regular container service between Korea and Japan in 1984, we expanded to Korea-China in 1994 and Southeast Asia in 2005, fortifying our position as an Intra-Asia Leading Carrier. Based on annual customer satisfaction surveys, we are constantly striving to improve customer value by improving more customer-friendly business processes and upgrading our IT system (EasyCon). We have been recognized for the transparency and excellence of our internal and external business processes by obtaining the Certificate of Excellence Shipping Company and Shipper (CESS) from the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries in 2021 and the AA grade in the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification from the Korea Customs Service in 2023.
Global Network

We have established a network connecting a total of 27 ports in Korea, Japan, China, and Southeast Asia, and provide customers with faster and more reliable container services based on our accumulated operational know-how.

Enhancing Customer Value

From the customer’s perspective, we are continuously expanding service areas and developing niche markets to expand customer choice, upgrading IT services for enhancing convenience, and improving our high-quality shipper response system.

Responding to Environmental Regulations, Providing High-Quality Services, and Continuing to Expand Logistics Services

To comply with global environmental regulations, we are prioritizing securing an excellent fleet, including ecofriendly ships, efficient fleet operation, and high punctuality. Meanwhile, we will increase the utilization of logistics-related subsidiaries operating in overseas bases such as Japan and China and expand the operation of Container Depots to become the most preferred shipping line for our customers, and always serve as an example of shared growth with them.
