Introducing Pan Ocean’s major businesses

Since December 2008, Pan Ocean has deployed the 153,000 CBM-class LNG carrier, LNG KOLT, for KOGAS's LNG import projects, transporting approximately 1,500,000 CBM of LNG annually from loading ports in Oman, Australia, and the U.S. to domestic LNG receiving terminals. In 2020, pursuing global expansion, the company signed long-term charter contracts for 174,000 CBM-class carriers with the oil major SHELL and the Portuguese energy company GALP. In 2022, by participating in the LNG carrier project of Qatar, the world's largest LNG exporter, and securing additional long-term charter contracts, Pan Ocean’s operating fleet has expanded to 11 LNG carriers and 2 LNG bunkering vessels as of 2026. Going forward, the company will continue to expand its fleet and strengthen its relationships with leading domestic and global energy companies.
In addition to the LNG carrier business, Pan Ocean has actively pursued its entry into the LNG Bunkering business. In 2021, the company signed long-term charter contracts with SHELL for two LNG bunkering vessels, and these vessels are currently carrying out bunkering operations in Europe and the U.S.
