Pan Ocean Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that the company has established a specified period of time during which share transfers will be restricted for the purpose of determining eligible shareholders who are entitled to receive notices, attend and vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting(EGM) which will be held on 16th June 2023.

• Migration Restriction Period : 9 May 2023 ~ 1 June 2023

During the above period, both of Share Transfer Agent of the Company between Singapore and Korea(Boardroom and the Korea Securities Depository respectively) will not receive or notify the other party of any request or application for a Migration under the Share Migration Agreement which was entered into on 1 August 2008 by and among three parties(Boardroom, Korea Securities Depository and Pan Ocean Co., Ltd.).
