NOTICE OF MIGRATION RESTRICTION PERIOD

Based on the Share Migration Agreement which took effect on August 1, 2008, Pan Ocean Co., Ltd. hereby announces that share migration between SGX and KRX is restricted from December 16, 2025 to January 15, 2026 for the purpose of determining the entitled shareholders to receive notice of, attend and vote at the AGM (Annual General Meeting). The time, date and venue of the AGM will be announced at a later date.
